Continued good service…
Been buying from Wex for a while now and always get great service and a good price. In this case I just needed an extra clamp for a tripod. Their price was as good as any and it arrived the next day even on the standard delivery.

First class service from WEX as usual
First class service from WEX as usual, but once again let down by delivery I.e. Parcel Force. Both Wex and Parcel Force email to say Thursday delivery but of course it never is with them. It came on the Friday which you might think is not a problem, only a day late. But without going into it in detail here, it did matter. Every delivery I get from PF is always late which will now put me off ordering from WEX, especially when the likes of DPD and most others can give you an hour slot.

I have visited and purchased from the London Branch twice in the last couple of weeks and have had a great friendly service both times, its a great shop to browse without being hassled and staff are helpful when needed !
Visited Norwich branch to try out…
Visited Norwich branch to try out couple of len's, was looking at Canon 400, to replace my 300, but after shown Sigma 50-500 went home and decided to up the length. Purchased online condition 9 and it's like brand new.

Always a good experience. Such a helpful team on the phone with advice. Speed of service and delivery is great. And in the event of a problem arising (product fault etc), speed of solution is excellent.
Took responsibilty and made right
I purchased a used camera backpack from WEX and it didn't quite meet my expectations due to not being in the condition advertised. I let WEX know I was not pleased and they responded by apologizing profusely and offering me a partial refund, which was satisfactory to me due to me still being able to use the backpack once I had cleaned and repaired it. I was very pleased with their customer service and taking ownership of the situation so I can recommend WEX.

Shop around for the best price first
I purchased a Peak Design tripod from Wex for £579, only to find that Peak Design themselves were selling it for £495 on their website. Wex don’t have a price match policy unlike a lot of other retailers, so it pays to look around first before going to Wex.

Speedy service
I have recently had a total hip replacement and needed a higher Walkstool to avoid the risk of dislocation. The advice given over the phone was really helpful and the 55 size was perfect. The new Comfort version has a bit bigger seat and lived up to its name. One negative - the fabric bag on my older 45 Walkstool is superior to the net bag supplied. The net catches the Velcro and strap which is really annoying.
Delivery was good, the free option took only one extra day, many thanks.

Quick, correct and value
The items were used, 9+ in great condition and both looked brand new. Both items were exactly as described and the prices were very competative. Packageing and delivery were excellent. Simple to use web site and a really good pleasing online shopping experience.

Site very good. shame used Parcel Force to deliver goods as they never even tried to deliver to my address sent it to Post-office (I was in all day) without card and had to ask friend to take me there..

I thought Wex may have been different..
I thought these may be different from selling to normal p/x companies. They are not. Quoted on the internet £500 more than I ended up receiving, an absolute joke. the camera was exactly as described they made up rubbing and paint loss, just del-boy buying techniques. Worse still, I was in a hurry for the funds and was forced to accept. Shall never darken their door again. (Having looked through i see others suffered similar.) a sad day.
